2023 Fall Semseter, Application for Admission Withdrawal & Request for Refund 

Here are the instructions on how to withdraw admission and return tuition fees for the fall semester of the 2023 school year.

1. Download and fill out the application form for admission withdrawal of registration and return of tuition

Please download the form attached to this email and print, fill out, and sign.

* Fulfill one of the English/Korean forms

<Attachment required when applying for a waiver of registration>

- When returning to an account under the applicant's name

· Copy of applicant ID (Foreign ID card or passport)

※ If you do not have an alien registration card or passport, a copy of your translated and notarized local identification card

- Return to the applicant's parent

· Copy of applicant ID (Foreign ID card or passport)

· Copy of the depositor's ID (Foreigner Registration Card or Passport)

※ If you do not have an alien registration card or passport, a copy of your translated and notarized local identification card

· A copy of the family relationship certificate stating the relationship between the applicant and the depositor (one of the parents)

2. Complete the Google questionnaire below and upload a scanned copy of the application for renunciation of registration and return of tuition
