1. Follow the instructions provided by your department regarding the interview time, location, and other relevant details.

   • For inquiries regarding the interview, please directly contact the department using the contact information listed in the admission guidelines.

2. An online pre-orientation session may be held by each department to check the video interview system.

   • If your department conducts a pre-orientation, attendance is mandatory. Please make sure to check your email regularly for further instructions.

※Departments marked as “Document review” do not conduct interviews. The date listed for the written evaluation indicates when the internal document review takes place within the department. (Applicant participation is not required.)
